Feeling Warm This year I have really noticed the cold particulary in my hands, someone asked me if I had tried silk gloves, I have only had them a couple of days but the difference is considerable I am feeling comfortable when out.

Arthriticky Hands Had to buy bigger gloves and could not find what I wanted in the shops, mostly only unlined gloves were available so I bought the silk liner gloves and found they kept my hands warm and the pain from the arthritis was less.
